Harghita Madaras is located 36 km from Odorheiu Secuiesc and is one of Transylvania’s most popular winter destinations. The ski area, situated at 1500–1700 meters above sea level, offers 3.8 km of well-maintained slopes. The slopes are snow-reliable, and in favorable weather conditions the ski season can last until the end of April. Modern snow grooming machines ensure excellent slope quality.

Marked hiking trails provide exciting outdoor experiences year-round, while a permanent mountain rescue service operates in Harghita Madaras for visitors’ safety.

Sugo pansion is located in the peaceful mountain setting of Harghita Madaras, close to the ski slopes. It is ideal for large groups, ski camps, school trips and private events.

The pansion offers 13 rooms with high capacity accommodation and a 100 m² restaurant with 60 seats, suitable for events and gatherings.

There are 4 ski slopes nearby, perfect for skiing and snowboarding. The area also offers excellent hiking opportunities.
