The Sandor Ferenc (Botond) guesthouse is located in Izvoare, by a small stream, offering a peaceful setting ideal for larger families, groups of friends, and organized groups.
Next to the main building, guests can use a spacious separate dining area, equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and restrooms.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a living room, dining area, kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One room features a double bed, while the other offers a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms have private bathrooms.
The first floor offers five bedrooms:
– one room with three single beds,
– one room with two single beds,
– one room with a double bed and a single bed,
– two rooms with one double bed each.
Note: guests of two rooms use the bathroom located on the ground floor.
On the second floor, there are four bedrooms along with a shared bathroom and toilet. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while guests of the other three rooms share a shower and toilet located in the hallway.
The guesthouse can accommodate up to 26 guests in total. Upon request, for groups of at least 20 guests, the guesthouse can be rented exclusively, without other groups.
Free WiFi and parking are available. Use of the hot tub and sauna is available at an additional cost.
