Nagy Lak II Cabin – Zetea Lake Accommodation, Nature & Relaxation for Families and Groups
Nagy Lak II Cabin is located on a fully fenced 1200 m² property with hedges, offering privacy and safety. The yard features parking, swings, lipinka, slide, ping-pong table, foot-tennis field, sandbox, gazebo, barbecue area, fire pit, hot tub, and sauna.
The property includes three buildings (main house + 2 small cabins), accommodating 9 + (2) guests in total. The entire yard and buildings are rented to a single group to ensure complete privacy. If a smaller group rents the main house, the small cabins remain empty.
The ground floor of the main house features a living-dining area (Smart TV, WiFi), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: the first with one double bed and one single bed, the second with a double bed. Each room can accommodate one extra bed if requested. The corridor between the rooms has a separate WC. Heating is provided by a fireplace stove, electric radiators with thermostat, and infrared panels.
The main house can accommodate 5 guests (+2 on extra beds). Twenty meters away, there are two winterized small cabins, each with a double bed and private bathroom. Heating is provided via electric radiators with thermostat and infrared panels.
Note: During the heating season, choosing accommodation that can provide consistent warmth becomes a very important criterion!
The small cabins are very popular among guests: often, when groups could not decide who would stay in the cabin, they drew lots to end the debate!
Free parking and free WiFi are available for guests.
At an additional cost, guests can enjoy a heated wooden hot tub and sauna, providing a unique wellness experience during a holiday or weekend getaway near Zetea Lake. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, fishing, and outdoor activities.

- On the day of arrival, it is mandatory to complete the check-in form (standard form required by the tourism authorities).
- The accommodation is handed over in a perfectly clean condition.
- The use of open fire inside the building is strictly prohibited, as the guest houses are built entirely of wood!
- Never light a stove by transferring embers from another stove, as this may cause a fire hazard! (Embers may easily fall onto the wooden floor and leave burn marks.)
- The use of flammable liquids to light the fire, such as oil, petroleum or gasoline, is strictly prohibited because they may cause explosions! (If embers remain from a previous fire and such liquids are poured onto them, gases may form that can explode and cause burns or severe damage.) We provide paper, kindling and firewood for safely lighting the fire.
- Ashes remaining from the fire must be collected in the metal bucket provided. It is forbidden to dispose of ashes in the trash bin, as they may cause a fire!
- Do not use the tiled stove for drying clothes! Laundry left on the stove may ignite or melt.
- Smoking is allowed only in the yard. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ceramic ashtrays provided.
- For your safety, please close the gas cylinders after use.
- Do not cover electric radiators, as they may overheat and damage the internal heating element! Clothes drying racks and lines are provided for drying laundry.
- If you leave the guest house during the day, please close the windows. During storms, rainwater entering through open windows may damage the wooden floor by causing it to warp. If windows remain open after your departure, we reserve the right to enter the building in your absence in order to close them.
- Pets are welcome in the guest house, provided they are house-trained and do not chew carpets or scratch furniture.
- Please do not leave pets unattended inside the house. Even the gentlest pet may damage doors while trying to get out of an unfamiliar room.
- We kindly ask guests who love animals to feed stray dogs and cats only outside the fence. For this reason, please keep the entrance gate closed.
- Tap water is drinkable (regularly checked by the authorities). Water from the well may be used for cooling drinks, washing hands, irrigation, etc., but it is not suitable for drinking.
- Cushions and blankets for the outdoor benches and chairs can be found in the building next to the guest house. Blankets may also be used on the grass. Please do not use bedspreads or blankets from inside the guest house outdoors.
- Please keep quiet! The use of loud music systems or speakers in the yard is not permitted. Singing or playing musical instruments (e.g. violin, guitar, harmonica, etc.) is allowed.
- We would appreciate it if you informed us about any malfunction or irregularity (e.g. leaking taps, squeaky doors or doors that do not close properly, etc.).
- Please keep the accommodation and furniture in the same condition as you found them.
- Any damage caused during your stay must be reported immediately. We do not charge compensation for items accidentally damaged during normal use, but please inform us so we can repair them as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to select our guests.
