Booking conditions:

Booking a chalet:
You can book a chalet via email or telephone. We can hold the accommodation till the required date. You need to pay 20%-50% in advance. It is not that we do not trust in you but we would like to minimaise the last minute cancels. 

IMPORTANT: At the transfer time please specify the name of the contact person, the name of the lodging and the date of your stay for identification. Please keep the advance payment document. We can make the final booking after the advance has been paid and received. Sending the voucher we need the following data:

Phone number and email address
Mobile number that we can contact him on
The name of the lodging (name of house and name of village)
Number of persons and the age of children under 14
Arrival date - leaving date
Half board - number of persons, how long they need that service

Accomodation booking conditions:
1. On Nagy Arpad webpage, resposible for the advert of the lodgings and partner lodgings.
2. We receive bookings via e-mail or telephone. You can get the answers from the partner house owners via e-mail or telephone. Final bookings can be made by sending 20%-50% advance. The rest of the payment will be made at the lodging.

Accomodation cancellation:

If you cancel the accomodation the paid deposit is non-refundable.

Holiday interruption:

The booked period is payable in full.

Cancellation travel insurance:

Because, in the event of an unwanted cancellation, the paid deposit is non-refundable, we recommend for your own safety the cancellation travel insurance, which can be concluded with an insurance company. With the insurance, in the unforeseen event and the holiday have to be canceled, the insurance company will indemnify you up to the amount paid.

Nagy Arpad's responsibility:
To acquaint about the partner lodgings accomodation offers and services.
Notify the quests about any changes related to the booked accommodation.
Assuring the accommodation and announcing the partner houses.
Nagy Arpad assures that the partner lodgings services are to be found on the Internet, on www.transylvaniantravel.ro, which can be accessed by anyone interested. The services presented on the webpage are guaranteed by the partner houses. If there are any changes related to the booked accommodation or to the service Nagy Arpad lets them know that. The guest doesn't have to accept any changes. They can choose an other accommodation or they can cancel their trip. In this case the booking will be annuled and there is a total refund of the advance payment. There can't be any requests for a refund if the lodging cannot assure the accommodation because of the `act of God` reasons. (e.g. fire, natural disasters, etc.)

Lodgings have a pecuniary obligation in compensating the Guest on both halves agreement. The guest receives the rooms clean and in a ready for use state. In case of eqippement breakdown the administrator cures the problem immediately.
In case of damage the Guest is obligated to resolve with the administrator at the very place.
You can use the lodgings from 15:00 and you have to leave till 10:00.
The resetter can have the right to complete any of the terms but the Guest should have the knowledge about it previously.
