The dreamer of Mini Transylvania Park is the Legendarium team from Odorheiu Secuiesc. The purpose of the park is to present the architectural diversity of multicultural Transylvania on models, displaying in their days the most important buildings of all nations in the region. Many of the exhibited buildings are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The models were made by Domokos Vajda and Auróra Németh Hajnal, under the historical professional graphic guidance of János Gyöngyössy.
The exhibition Mini Transilvania Park is unique in Romania, its realization being inspired by the idea of Mini Europa (Brussels, Belgium) and Minimundus (Klagenfurt, Austria) parks. The objective of the project is to present the architectural diversity of Transylvania.
The creation of the Mini-Transylvania Park is an innovative solution for promoting the national material cultural heritage. Visitors to the exhibition Mini Transilvania Park will have the opportunity to view in miniature one of the important historical monuments and symbol of national identity, to enrich their knowledge in the field of material cultural heritage of Transylvania and to be aware of the importance
